PERFORMANCE KNITWEAR
Advanced knitwear created for summer and winter running- using rec pes, wool, lycra , cotton and technical yarns. Technologies used included Flat-knitting,Seamless knitting and Warp-knitting- to create mesh structures, garment shaping ,gathers and stretch . These effects are rare in knitwear.
Shown: Outerwear, leggings, mid-layers,baselayers and t-shirts. All products were brought to market across multiple seasons , between 2016-19 .

OUTERWEAR- RAINPROOF ADIZERO GHOST JACKET
Using reflective prints on a 2.5 layer membrane gives the runners a street-wear edge without compromising on performance. The membrane is water proof and the reflective print is inspired from "Bones" . Product was brought to market globally.

SPRINT-COMPRESSION / VENTILATION / STORAGE
The sprintsuit in Cold.Ready Fleece reduces areas of air exposure keeping all body heat trapped inside.Women athletes like to start out warm- this was the founding premise.The extra zipper allows athletes to take-off top for cooling.The suit is sleeveless to allow user to choose an inner piece for warmth . The sprint-web preint adds compression. Concept sample only.
EXPLORING LEGGING CONSTRUCTION WITHOUT SEWING
During my residency at the Brooklyn Farm, I explored footwear techniques like melting two manmade materials and bonding them to create seams- instead of sewing. This allowed me to use large meshes on legs for max ventilation and an aesthetic push. Sample made by me.
EXPLORING MIX- MATERIAL COMBINATIONS FOR SPORTS APPAREL
During my residency at the Brooklyn Farm, I explored combining seamless-knitted fabric with light-weight woven to create better fits for running apparel jackets. The knits are used on the waist area and lower sleeves so the jacket would stay fixed on the torso ,while the chest was protected in a wind-proof woven material. The styling was created in a way to appeal to the urban runner who focuses on trends. Visually the jacket comes across as athleisure but in reality is full of technical features.
